Website Maintenance Terms And Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to the web maintenance services provided by EVO G TECHNOLOGY to clients.

Acceptance

Clients must agree to and provide all necessary login credentials as requested by EVO G TECHNOLOGY to facilitate web maintenance services.

Pre-check

Prior to signing up for web maintenance services, EVO G TECHNOLOGY will conduct a preliminary check on the website and notify the client if it meets our maintenance service requirements.

Service Requests and Service Time

Clients who have signed up for web maintenance services can submit service requests through the Customer Relationship Management system (CRM Portal), WhatsApp, or Email. Within a single request, clients may list an unlimited number of web maintenance tasks. Service time refers to the total hours required for all maintenance tasks, which will be calculated fairly by EVO G TECHNOLOGY.

Monthly Cycle

Service requests and service time reset on the 1st of each month. Unused service requests and service time cannot be carried over to the next month.

First Month Adjustment

Each monthly maintenance service cycle runs from the 1st day to the last day of the month. For clients who start services mid-month, maintenance fees, service requests, and service time for the first month will be adjusted proportionally according to the monthly cycle rules. Fractions below 0.5 will be rounded down, and fractions of 0.5 or more will be rounded up to 1, ensuring clients receive at least 1 service request and 1 hour of service time.

Turnaround Time

Under normal circumstances, we strive to complete tasks within the standard delivery time outlined in the maintenance service package. If the number or complexity of tasks in a request requires additional time, we will notify the client with a new estimated delivery time.

Maintenance Requests

Clients must submit maintenance tickets through the CRM Portal, WhatsApp, or Email, providing all necessary information about the maintenance tasks. Our technical team will respond and follow up on the tasks, and upon completion, send a notification requesting final confirmation from the client. Once confirmed, we will close the support ticket.

Additional Fees

Additional fees will be settled at the end of each month. Clients are required to make the necessary payments within the payment terms set by EVO G TECHNOLOGY.

Definitions and Interpretations

In these terms, “Client” refers to any individual or entity that has signed and agreed to receive web maintenance services from EVO G TECHNOLOGY. “Service Request” refers to the client’s demand for specific website maintenance tasks, and “Service Time” refers to the hours required to complete these tasks.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are required to promptly provide the necessary access permissions and relevant documentation to ensure the smooth execution of maintenance tasks. Clients are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided, and EVO G TECHNOLOGY is not liable for any delays or additional fees resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information.

Service Interruptions

EVO G TECHNOLOGY reserves the right to suspend services due to force majeure events (such as natural disasters, government intervention, or other unforeseen circumstances). In such cases, we will resume services as soon as possible, but EVO G TECHNOLOGY assumes no responsibility for any loss or delays during the interruption period.

Urgent Requests

If the client has an urgent task, they may submit a special service request through the CRM Portal, WhatsApp, or Email. Urgent requests will be treated as additional services, with extra charges and potentially different delivery times.

Quality Assurance

EVO G TECHNOLOGY is committed to providing high-quality maintenance services to ensure the stability and security of clients’ websites. If a client has any questions about the task result or requires further improvements, they may request adjustments within five business days after task completion, and we will make reasonable modifications as needed.

Compliance and Data Protection

EVO G TECHNOLOGY will strictly adhere to all relevant data protection regulations. We ensure that all credentials, data, and information provided by clients will only be used for maintenance tasks and will not be disclosed to third parties without permission.

Payment and Billing

Clients will see the service time used and any additional charges in their monthly bill. Payments should be completed within 7 days of the billing date. Late payments may result in service suspension or termination until payment is made.

Service Termination

Either the client or EVO G TECHNOLOGY may terminate services with 30 days’ written notice. After termination, we will assist the client with any necessary transitions to ensure the website remains operational.

Terms Updates

EVO G TECHNOLOGY reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified in advance of any updates, which will take effect upon release. Clients must agree to and comply with the latest terms.
