By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.
Charges and Fees
- Payment Structure
- For projects below RM 5,000: Full payment is required upon signing the quotation or confirmation letter.
- For projects exceeding RM 5,001: A 50% deposit is due upon signing, followed by a 30% interim payment at a specified milestone, and the final 20% is due upon project completion. All payment milestones will be clearly stated in the quotation.
- Non-Refundable Deposit
The 50% deposit is non-refundable once the project is confirmed and work has commenced. This covers the time and resources allocated to the project during its initial stages. - Additional Features
Any additional features or modifications requested beyond the agreed-upon scope in the quotation will incur extra charges. These costs will be communicated in writing and require client approval before proceeding.
Project Delays and Client Responsibility
- Payment-Related Delays
Should any payments be delayed beyond a 30-day grace period, we reserve the right to temporarily suspend access to your website. Services will be reactivated upon full settlement of outstanding balances. Continued delays may result in project termination.
Design Changes and Alterations
- Communication of Changes
Any requested design changes or alterations must be communicated before the project’s completion. This ensures that any necessary revisions can be accommodated within the project timeline. - Revisions Limit
Clients are entitled to a maximum of three revisions (amendments) before project completion, applicable only to specific packages or projects as agreed upon in the initial contract or specified in the quotation. Requests beyond this limit will incur additional charges, determined based on the extent of the changes and their impact on the project’s scope and timeline. - Timely Requests
Design changes and alterations must be requested within 2 weeks of the project’s completion. Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted. - Final Design Approval
Once design templates, mockups, or layouts are approved by the client, no further modifications will be permitted without additional charges. Clients should carefully review all designs before providing final approval.
Scope of Work
- Service Coverage
Our service scope covers web design, web development, business solutions & etc. Should you sign up for web design services only, our work will be limited to web design, as outlined in the quotation. - Exclusions from Scope
We do not provide additional services such as email setup, configuring email clients, or website backups unless specifically included in the agreement. - Proofreading
Proofreading of content is not included in our services. We will implement the content exactly as provided by the client. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that all submitted content is accurate and properly edited. - Photo and Logo Editing
Free photo or logo editing is not included in the service. Clients must provide final, ready-to-use graphics, or we can provide editing services for an additional fee.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Basic SEO Service
In some cases, basic on-page SEO is included for free, allowing you to provide up to 1 target keywords. However, this does not guarantee that your website will rank on search engines. SEO success depends on various factors beyond our control. - On-Page SEO Explained
On-page SEO involves optimizing the website’s Meta Title and Meta Description with your provided keywords, which aids search engines in understanding your content. However, this does not guarantee rankings in search results. - No Ranking Guarantees
We do not guarantee specific ranking positions or timelines for your website’s appearance in search results. We adhere strictly to ethical (white-hat) SEO practices and do not promise immediate results or specific search engine positions. - SEO-Friendly Websites
An “SEO-Friendly” website refers to most (but not all) URLs being static and canonical. This does not include content rewriting, creation of additional content, or external SEO activities. These services can be provided upon request for an additional fee. - Efforts and Limitations
We strive to improve your website’s ranking, but SEO results should be considered an added value unless explicitly included in our service agreement.
Documentation
- Client-Provided Documents
You are responsible for providing all necessary documentation such as company profiles, logos, product information, and other materials needed for the project. - Copyright and Liability
We are not liable for copyright infringement should you use any content, images, or materials illegally. It is your responsibility to ensure that all content used on your website complies with legal standards.
After-Sales Support
- Free Support Period
We provide a 3-month free support period exclusively for all customized systems, excluding packages unless otherwise specified in the quotation. - Avoid Self-Edits
We advise against editing the HTML or CSS code yourself. Any client-induced errors will void the free support period, and repair work will be charged. - Training
A single training session is included with your project. Additional training sessions can be arranged at an agreed-upon cost.
Browser Compatibility
- Supported Browsers
Our websites are designed to function with the latest versions of Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox. Compatibility with other browsers, including Internet Explorer and Safari, is not guaranteed. - Mobile Compatibility
“Mobile Friendly” or “Responsive Design” means that your website will be optimized for most mobile devices. However, due to the wide variety of mobile browsers and devices, we cannot guarantee perfect compatibility across all platforms.
Subcontracting and Outsourcing
- Outsourcing Policy
We reserve the right to outsource any part of the project as necessary, ensuring the highest quality of service is maintained.
E-Commerce
- Legal Compliance
It is your responsibility to comply with all applicable e-commerce laws and regulations. Once website ownership has been transferred, all payment processing and customer interactions become your responsibility. - Payment Disputes
Any disputes or fraud relating to payment transactions must be resolved directly with your payment gateway provider. - Prohibited Businesses
We do not offer e-commerce services to businesses that engage in illegal activities, such as selling drugs, gambling, or distributing obscene material. Should such activities be discovered, we will terminate services immediately without liability.
Warranty and Intellectual Property
- Security Responsibility
After project completion and ownership transfer, you are responsible for website security, including backups, SSL installation, and firewall setup. We are not responsible for malware, viruses, or hacking incidents post-transfer. - User-Caused Errors
We are not liable for errors or damages caused by client interference with the website’s functionality or content management system. - Credit Attribution
By default, a credit link to our services will be included in the footer of your website. Unauthorized removal of this credit without permission will result in the termination of support services and a penalty fee of RM 5,000.
Extended Warranty / Support
- Ongoing Support
Clients with an annual maintenance plan will receive ongoing support via CRM Portal, WhatsApp, or Email for the duration of the plan. If you opt out of the recurring plan, you will receive 1-2 months of priority support, after which extended support can be purchased.

Disclaimer
- Client Responsibility
We are not involved in the business operations of our clients and are not liable for illegal activities conducted through their websites. Should we receive a legal warrant or court order, we will comply with requests to edit, remove, or add content as required by law. - Ownership Transfer
Upon completion of the project and transfer of login credentials, you assume full ownership of the website. We are no longer responsible for the site’s content or operations. - Legal Compliance
You are responsible for ensuring that your products, services, and website content comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your country of operation.
